The Influence of Village Fund Allocation, Village Potential, and Village Government Performance on Community Empowerment (Case Study of Tangkil Village, Sragen District, Sragen Regency)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of village fund allocation, village potential, and village government performance on community empowerment in Tangkil Village, Sragen District, Sragen Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with purposive sampling and the Slovin formula, resulting in a total sample of 106 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that partially, village fund allocation has no significant effect on community empowerment, while village potential and village government performance have a positive and significant effect on community empowerment. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence community empowerment. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.785 indicates that village fund allocation, village potential, and village government performance explain 78.5% of community empowerment, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
